We received notice from some users, that the app didn't start after updating. If you are having similar problems, please follow these two steps:
1. Remove Clock Radio from your iPhone or iPod touch.
2. Reinstall the app by downloading it from the AppStore.
No extra costs will be charged, even though you might be asked to purchase the app.

The app doesn't start!
This is most likely a problem with the latest update. A fixed version is already submitted and currently being reviewed by Apple. A quick solution is to delete the app from your device, then use the AppStore to reinstall it. You will be asked if you want to BUY the app, but don't worry- you won't be charged for it.

How can I add more stations?
To add new stations open the settings page, tap the stations label, select "My stations", now tap the plus-button on the upper right corner. A new page opens where you can enter a custom name and the URL to the radio stream. The stream needs to be in mp3-format. Also PLS-files are currently not supported.

What is the night mode?
The night mode reduces the face of the ClockRadio to the bare minimum and uses a less harsh color scheme for dark environments. It can be toggled in the settings menu.

The alarm is not working
Please be aware, that the ClockRadio app needs to be running in order to operate. Unlike the built-in alarm, ClockRadio- as much as any other AppStore program- can't just "wake up" once it's been closed. Also, make sure that the general switch for the alarm in the settings menu is switched on.

The stream can't connect
There might be several reasons for this problem. On the iPhone, make sure that either your wireless LAN or the gprs/umts modem is enabled and you can access the internet. Obviously on the iPod touch you can only choose WLAN, so make sure it's active.
If that didn't do the trick, make sure the stream is in the correct format (mp3) and available over the internet (e.g. paste the url into Safari). Restarting and/or reinstalling the app may also help in some cases. -
The app drained all my battery
We tried to keep the battery usage down. Since Apple doesn't provide a mechanism for running background processes (yet) the app is running all the time - in most cases through the night. We would always recommend to have the iPhone/iPod touch connected to a recharger. If that is not possible for you, make sure the battery is a least charged to half capacity. The Display should be turned off. Disable as many unused services as possible, such as Bluetooth or WLAN if you're using gprs/umts.
